The Fortune9 registration form is completed in stages. The account details and Referrer Code appear first; bank details and Gmail are entered only after the mobile number has been verified.
On the first page, enter your Name, Singapore mobile number with the +65 country code, Password and—only when you have one—a valid Referrer Code. The Referrer Code is optional. It is used to connect a new account to the correct referrer and should not be filled with a guessed or unrelated code.
Click Get Code, choose either SMS or WhatsApp, and allow up to two minutes for the OTP. Enter the received code and submit it. A successful verification moves the registration to the Bank Details page, where Bank Name, Sender Name and Account Number are required.
After the bank details are completed, enter your Gmail address on the next page and submit the registration. Fortune9 then generates the Username automatically. Members choose their Password during registration but do not choose their Username.

After entering the +65 mobile number, click Get Code and choose the channel you can access immediately. The OTP normally arrives within two minutes. Use the newest valid code shown in that SMS or WhatsApp message.
Before requesting another code, confirm that the number is correct, the phone can receive messages and the two-minute window has passed. Repeated requests can make it unclear which OTP is the latest.

The Password is entered by the member on the first registration page. The Username is not a registration field and cannot be chosen there; Fortune9 automatically generates it when the full registration process is completed.
After registration, save the generated Username and remember the Password you created. Normal login supports either the registered mobile number or the generated Username together with that Password.

- The mobile number is a Singapore number using the +65 country code.
- The Name, Bank Name, Sender Name and Account Number are entered accurately.
- The Referrer Code is left blank unless a valid code is available.
- The Password is private and is not reused in an unsafe place.
- The OTP is entered only in the official Fortune9 registration form.
- The Gmail address is checked before the final submission.
- The automatically generated Username is saved after registration.

Which phone numbers can register?
Fortune9 accepts Singapore mobile numbers with the +65 country code for registration.
Do I enter or choose a Username?
No. The Username is automatically generated by the Fortune9 system after registration is completed. The member enters a Password but does not enter a Username on the registration form.
Is the Referrer Code compulsory?
No. Referrer Code is an optional field on the first page beside the Name, mobile number and Password fields. Complete it only if you have a valid code.
Can I receive the OTP through WhatsApp?
Yes. After clicking Get Code, choose either SMS or WhatsApp. The OTP normally arrives within two minutes through the selected channel.
What bank information is required?
After OTP verification, the Bank Details page asks for Bank Name, Sender Name and Account Number.
When do I enter my Gmail?
The Gmail page appears after the Bank Details page. Enter the requested Gmail address before completing the registration.
How can I log in after registration?
Use either the registered mobile number or the automatically generated Username together with the Password created during registration.
What should I do if the OTP does not arrive?
Confirm the +65 number, check the selected SMS or WhatsApp channel and allow up to two minutes. If the code is still unavailable, contact Fortune9 support instead of sharing account credentials.
