Use the Singapore number registered to the account.
Fortune9
Login Guide
Mobile number or Username.
Enter either the Singapore mobile number registered to the account or the Username generated by Fortune9, then enter the account Password. If the Password is unavailable, verify the registered mobile number through SMS or WhatsApp OTP.
Use the Username automatically generated at sign-up.
Both login IDs use the account Password.
Choose SMS or WhatsApp after Forgot Password.
Choose either
account identifier.
Fortune9 does not require members to remember only one login ID. A returning member can use the registered mobile number or the system-generated Username.
For mobile login, enter the Singapore mobile number used during registration and the account Password. For Username login, enter the Username automatically created by Fortune9 after registration and the same Password.
The Username is not selected by the member during sign-up. If you have just completed registration, keep the generated Username privately for future access. If you do not have it available, the registered mobile number remains a supported login option.
Use the official Login button and check both fields before repeating an attempt. A wrong character, an incomplete phone number or an unintended space can prevent access even when the Password is correct.
Use the ID
you have available.
Both methods lead to the same member account. They are alternative ways to identify the account—not separate registrations.
Registered mobile number
Enter the Singapore mobile number used to create the Fortune9 account. This should be the same +65 number that passed SMS or WhatsApp OTP verification during registration.
Generated Username
Enter the Username created automatically by the Fortune9 system after registration. Members do not choose or enter this Username on the original registration form.
Whichever login ID you use, enter the Password created on the first page of registration. The mobile number and Username are interchangeable login identifiers; they do not have separate Passwords.
Return to the Wallet
in four steps.
If a login attempt fails, review the identifier and Password before moving to account recovery.
Open Login
Use the official Fortune9 Login button to open the Wallet login page.
Choose your login ID
Enter either the registered mobile number or the auto-generated Username.
Enter Password
Use the Password created on the first page of registration.
Submit and check
Submit once and confirm that the account dashboard loads correctly.
Verify the phone,
set a new Password.
If the Password is unavailable, select Forgot Password on the Fortune9 login page. Enter the mobile number registered to the account and choose whether to receive the verification OTP through SMS or WhatsApp.
Enter the received OTP to confirm control of the registered number. After successful verification, create and confirm a new Password in the Wallet. Return to Login and use the new Password with either the registered mobile number or the generated Username.
If you cannot access the registered phone or the OTP does not arrive, contact official Fortune9 support. Do not ask another person to receive the OTP and do not disclose the code in a public or unofficial conversation.
Three checks
before contacting support.
Most access problems can be narrowed down by identifying whether the issue is the login ID, Password or mobile verification route.
Mobile or Username is rejected
Confirm that the mobile number is the one registered to the account or that the Username matches the system-generated value. Remove accidental spaces and check every character before submitting again.
Password is unavailable
Select Forgot Password instead of repeatedly guessing. Enter the registered mobile number, choose SMS or WhatsApp OTP, complete verification and set a new Password.
Recovery OTP does not arrive
Check the mobile number and the selected message channel. Use the newest OTP received. If the registered phone cannot be accessed, ask Fortune9 support for account-recovery guidance.
Keep the account
access route private.
- Open Login from the Fortune9 website or a verified Wallet address.
- Use only the registered mobile number or generated Username as the login ID.
- Keep the Password private and do not send it to another person.
- Enter an OTP only on the official verification screen.
- Use the newest OTP if more than one message has been received.
- Contact official support when the registered phone is no longer accessible.
