Four rules apply
across the promotion system.
Most eligibility opens automatically when a condition or schedule is reached, but Promotions and Rebates still require the member to click Claim. Weekly Commission is the exception: eligible Commission is distributed automatically every Monday at 12:00 noon SGT.
Balance Below SGD0.10
For rewards that use manual Claim, the main wallet must be below SGD0.10. Freedom Bonus is the Claim exception; automatic Commission has no Claim threshold.
One Active Bonus
One deposit can use only one promotion, and a second reward can be claimed only after the current bonus is completed.
Claim Window
An unclaimed daily, weekly, hourly or 24-hour entitlement expires when its stated window ends.
More common conditions: Claimed rewards enter the main wallet. A bonus can be cancelled before play starts, after which a cash deposit returns to the standard x1 rollover rule. Once play starts, the bonus cannot be cancelled. A claimed bonus has no completion deadline unless its own terms say otherwise. Any balance above the stated Maximum Withdrawal is cleared when the promotion cap is applied.

Freedom Bonus requires the same SGD50 minimum withdrawal as a standard cash deposit. Other Promotions use the Target, Rollover or Turnover condition and Maximum Withdrawal stated in their own terms.

Does an automatically opened promotion enter my wallet automatically?

Must my wallet always be below SGD0.10 before Claim?
For manual Claims, yes, except for Freedom Bonus. Freedom Bonus can be claimed without reducing the wallet balance below SGD0.10. Weekly Commission is distributed automatically and does not use a Claim threshold.
Can two promotions be active at the same time?
No. Finish the active Bonus before claiming another one. A single deposit can be assigned to only one Promotion.
Is Rollover the same as Turnover on Fortune9?
No. Rollover measures cumulative valid bets. Turnover is a wallet-balance target calculated from the Bonus Amount, or from the last deposit plus Bonus when that formula is stated.
Does every Promotion use the same minimum withdrawal?
No. Freedom Bonus uses the SGD50 minimum applied to standard cash deposits. Other Promotions follow the withdrawal unlock condition and Maximum Withdrawal stated in their own terms.
What happens if an unlocked reward is not claimed in time?
Daily entitlements expire at 00:00 SGT, Weekly Rebate expires after its Monday Claim window, RBG Hourly Free expires when its hour ends, and Withdrawal Bonus expires 24 hours after the qualifying withdrawal.
