NET LOSS FORMULA
Only an eligible loss creates a Rebate.
Fortune9 calculates the applicable period using Deposit − Withdrawal. Remaining Wallet Balance is not deducted. A positive net-loss result may create a Rebate when the minimum requirement is met.
A winning period does not create a negative Rebate, and an unused loss is not carried into the next daily or weekly calculation period. New and existing members can participate without a VIP-level requirement.

Are Rebate rewards credited automatically?
No. Eligibility opens automatically, but the member must click Claim while the wallet balance is below SGD0.10.
Can I claim Daily Rebate and Ultra High Rebate from the same loss?
Yes. The same eligible daily loss can qualify for both. Complete the first claimed Bonus before claiming the second.
Which Rebate can be played on all games?
Daily Rebate 7% uses the All Platform scope. Weekly Rebate and Ultra High Rebate are limited to the listed Event Slot Games.
Is x1 Rollover the same as x3 or x5 Turnover?
No. Rollover measures cumulative valid bets. Turnover requires the wallet balance to reach the Rebate Amount multiplied by the stated number.
What happens if I miss the Claim window?
The entitlement expires. Weekly and Ultra High Rebate must be claimed within 24 hours after their 00:00–00:15 generation window.
Where can Ultra High Rebate be claimed?
Ultra High Rebate can be claimed only inside the installed Fortune9 PWA, not in a normal mobile-browser tab.
Do Rebate losses carry forward?
No. A loss or winning result is not carried into the next calculation period.
